- Tu sei andata a Corfù [You went to Corfu]
- Si sono andata a Corfù [Yes, I went to Corfu]
- Sono tornata ieri [I returned yesterday]
- Sono stata lì 5 giorni [I was there for 5 days]
- Bere [To drink]
- Io bevo, tu bevi, lui beve, noi beviamo, voi bevete, loro bevono [I drink, you drink, he/she drinks, we drink, you drink, they drink]
- Tu bevi? [Do you drink?]
- Al massimo bevo aperol spritz [At most I drink aperol spritz]
- Ma è abbastanza alcolico [But it's quite alcoholic]
- L'aperol spritz è fatto con aperol, soda e prosecco [Aperol spritz is made with aperol, soda, and prosecco]
- Ma se bevi 3 aperol spritz ti ubriachi [But if you drink 3 aperol spritz, you get drunk]
- Ho bevuto solo uno spritz [I only drank one spritz]
- Si ma non molto [Yes, but not much]
- Quando andiamo a ballare, bevo [When we go dancing, I drink]
- L'altro giorno ho bevuto 3 drink ma stavo benissimo [The other day I drank 3 drinks but I was feeling great]
- Non bevo molto [I don't drink much]
- Mi piace il vino [I like wine]
- Preferisco il vino rosso [I prefer red wine]
- Ma non bevo molto vino [But I don't drink much wine]
- A te piace il vino? [Do you like wine?]
- Hai provato il vino solo una volta? [Have you tried wine only once?]
- Latte, succo, acqua naturale [Milk, juice, still water]
- Io preferisco bere acqua, latte, succo [I prefer to drink water, milk, juice]
- Non mi piace il latte [I don't like milk]
- Il bicchiere, i bicchieri [The glass, the glasses]
- I was = io ero, io sono stato
- I am drinking = io sto bevendo
- Stare = io sto, tu stai [To stay = I stay, you stay]
- Io sto bevendo, io stavo bevendo [I am drinking, I was drinking]
- Mi sento male [I feel bad]
- Sentire, sentirsi [To hear/feel, to feel oneself]
- Sentirsi = io mi sento, tu ti senti, lui si sente, noi ci sentiamo, voi vi sentite, loro si sentono [To feel = I feel, you feel, he/she feels, we feel, you feel, they feel]
- Loro si sentono stanchi [They feel tired]
- Sono stanca [I am tired (feminine)]
- Sono stanco [I am tired (masculine)]
